| Well, Cloud 9 will open by the end of the year. Not in any hurry, it has to be the way I want it or not at all. It will have a simple and honest way of doing 'business'. Take care of the client. Not everything has to be flash or custom, there is a balance to be had. There will be no rockstar's. NO GRUMPY OLD ROCK STAR'S, NO DRUNKS, NO DRAMA. It will be simple, clean and friendly shop. Tattoo artist's, not just technicians, will be paid 60 percent. I am not looking to fill chairs in order to make my house payment or buy a new boat bullshit. There will be no $15 grand in neon. There will be no monster truck with our name on it. It will be a low key shop, with everyone working with thier customers. All profits will be turned directly back into improvements, advertising, and general advancement helping others. Profit is good, but better than profit is making sure we help those around us. Cloud 9 will share the expense of sending piercer's to Fakir's classes and APP certification. We will only carry quality jewelry, not by the pound. From 2 inch custom plugs to basic navel. Nickel free gold is a great thing also. We will not be the cheapest in town, nor will we have the biggest ego's. Guest artist's and piercer's will be welcomed. It is simple, if you would tattoo or pierce for free, for the love of it, your the type i want to have around. Do we need to charge a weeks pay for the normal person to tattoo them? Do we need to have our piercing price's so high that the normal 18yrl old has to save a month for it? There has to be a way for us to care, make decent money and love what we do. I have not been able to find such either with the 'large and in charge' shop i was with, I wish them the best. UPDATE---UPDATE....
